Hands-on experience in designing, constructing and renovating single-and two-family homes and condominiums helps make our inspectors among the most knowledgeable in the industry. We've built new structures and repaired older and damaged ones in all price ranges. We know what we're talking about when it comes to construction!
Our prices are very competitive, but don't select Structure Safe Home Inspectors or any other inspection service on price alone. What services will I receive?
You will receive a narrative report which details the condition of the property being evaluated. The standard single-family/townhouse inspection service provides you with a comprehensive report which includes:
Structural evaluation
Systems analysis
Room-by-room analysis
Recommended preventative and normal maintenance procedures
VA/FHA and conventional certifications which are acceptable to all lenders
Extra copies of the detailed structural inspection report sent to the client, selling Realtor and the buyer's attorney at no additional charge
Photograph of the home, and
Client's pre-closing check list
